Home / Integrations & Reporting
Connect your systems. Trust your numbers.
Integrations, data cleanup, reporting and dashboards for small businesses. Built by an engineer with years of enterprise data work behind him.
What we build
Stop copying numbers between systems.
System integrations
Move data between the tools you use on a schedule or in real time, with logging and alerts when something fails.
Reporting and dashboards
Clean, trusted numbers in one place. Sales, margins, payers, customers, inventory, whatever drives your decisions.
Data cleanup and migration
Deduplicate, normalize and move records between systems without losing history.
Scheduled jobs and file feeds
Automated extracts, SFTP transfers and imports that run on time and tell you when they do not.
Custom SQL and scripting
Hand-written queries, stored procedures and shell or Python jobs for the cases off-the-shelf tools cannot handle.
Documentation
Every integration ships with a plain-language write-up, so the next person is never guessing.
Where it fits
Good problems for this service.
- Reports someone rebuilds by hand every week
- Two systems that should agree but never do
- Data trapped in a system with no good reporting
- Year-end or month-end numbers that take days to assemble
- Imports and exports that fail without telling anyone
- A migration that has to keep its history
- Questions only a custom query can answer
- A new tool that needs to talk to an old one

Questions
Integrations FAQ.
What kinds of systems can you connect?
Anything with an API, a database connection, a file export or a scheduled report. Common examples are accounting, CRM, point of sale, scheduling, e-commerce, spreadsheets and line of business databases.
Do you build dashboards?
Yes. Typical results are margin and sales trends, performance by customer or product, and operational reports that used to take someone half a day in a spreadsheet.
What if my software has no API?
There is usually still a path: a database read, a scheduled export, an SFTP drop or a report that can be parsed. The first step is finding what the system can actually give us.
Is my data safe?
Credentials stay out of code and in managed secrets. We use read-only access wherever the job allows, and we document exactly what moves where.
Can you fix an integration that already exists?
Yes. Debugging a flaky sync, a bad data load or a broken report is a normal project.
Have a system problem nobody wants to touch?
Send a few lines about the project. You get a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost, from the person who would do the work.
